The hours for this role, subject to change based on business need, will be: Sunday-Tuesday 8:30AM-5:30PM 

This is a part-time position (20-29 hours per week). The average scheduled hours generally consist of 20-29 hours per week, with the expectation of working additional hours in a week if there is a client need.

As a delivery station liaison, you will help improve the customer experience by providing hands-on, real-time support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. The booth will also help connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. The work goes beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; is to make sure we put smiles on customers' faces.

 As the delivery station liaison, you will be responsible for:

 – Communicate with clients directly in person by phone and email

– Empathize with the needs of customers and give them priority
